WORKAROUND - Private DNS Server Cannot be accessed
Simply install AdGuard Ad Blocker on your device, go to the app's server settings, and select AdGuard DNS. No need to enter DNS server addresses manually! I've been using rtstvapp.info to block ads on my Android phone. But lately I am noticing a lot of videos this that simply don't load when that dns is on. You have to add your router ip in adguard. Go to settings > client settings and add your router ip address. If it doesnt work post your adguard logfile here.
